Introduction

At Qamri Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. This Return Policy outlines our procedures, conditions, and timeframes for returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Qamri Jewellery within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Return Authorization

After we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Please do not send your return without obtaining an RA number first.

Step 3: Packaging Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all original boxes, certificates, tags, and accessories.

Step 4: Shipping Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Step 5: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, or your exchange will be shipped.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we have received and processed your return
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
  • Other payment methods: Processing times may vary

Shipping charges and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the exchanged item has a higher price than the original, you will need to pay the difference. If it has a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately, and within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your communication.

We will provide a prepaid return label for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees associated with returning items. Please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs charges.

International returns may take longer to process due to shipping and customs clearance times.

Late Returns

Returns initiated after the 30-day period may be accepted at our discretion but will be issued as store credit only.

Warranty Information

All Qamri Jewellery pieces come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or items that have been improperly cared for.

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service with a description of the issue and photos of the affected item.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
